Our Beliefs: Hijra House beliefs are anchored in the revealed scriptures: the Quran, The New Testament, The Old Testament,…and earlier accounts: the referenced pages of Ibrahim. More concisely, Hijra House beliefs are summarized in our logo: belief and good deeds. Hijra House belives that God is One (Quran, 112:1). And Hijra House believes that after humans die, each human will be judged – awarded or punished – by God for their actions and deeds. (Quran, 4:134).
Community: Hijra House believes in the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States – more specifically Hijra House believes in freedom of religion.
We support all calling for justice and exemplifying good morals.
Further, Hijra House supports the December 2025 vision of Judith Dangerfield of Policy Link and the call of Praveen Fernandes of the Constitutional Accountability Center – introducing a new framework for organizing around a 14th amendment people – organizing with people who typify good morals and openly “identify themselves as defenders of equal justice.”
Hijra House believes in – and strives to create – safe work environments and living wage opportunities.
World: Hijra House believes a world of peace and good deeds is possible. We support all who are working for peace, humanitarian aid, and justice in Gaza and the Middle East; Sudan; Ukraine; Venezuela; as well as here in the United States.
Hijra House supports the leadership of Taproot Earth and Gulf South to Appalachia, and Hijra House applauds the United Nations recognition of water – accessible and clean – as a human right.
